Who We Are...

Connextions is a community driven, neighborhood day habilitation center. The center will inspire its participants to a rewarding life, full of purposeful participation. This will be accomplished by providing stimulating programs and community opportunities that instill a sense of belonging, friendships, laughter, and personal growth through independence. We are determined to assist center participants to obtain their rightful place in their community by creating a future full of options and opportunities. 

Connecting Through Collages

Last week at Connextions, we introduced ourselves to each other... collage style! Through this project, we were able to show off our creativity, ingenuity, and artistic expression... all while highlighting tidbits and snippets of our personality. Joseph really likes the beauty that he found in his minimalist approach to collaging. Alex let us see his love for movies and Mexican food.

Nick has a thing for blondes... and reeeeally likes to chowdown.

We found out that Lisa's grin is larger than life as she dances along to Trace Adkins' southern twang.

We found out that Tina rocks polka-dots and loves the summer. 

Andrew and Collin completely enjoy chillaxing on the sofa while talking with friends. Amy's favorite holiday is Halloween. And, Whitney is more than a little addicted to Burt's Beeswax lip balm! 


All in all, this was quite the adventure!
